1. Using Jelleyful
Jelleyful is a jelly merge puzzle game. By downloading or using it, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the app if you do not agree. Features may vary by device, region, app version, and App Store availability.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security, exploit defects, or use the app to violate rights or law.
3. Game progress and hints
Progress, unlocked levels, best scores, settings and hint credits are stored on your device. A new player starts with three hints. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to add three more hints; hint credits have no fixed maximum. Deleting the app may remove local progress and settings.
4. Advertising
The current version may show Google AdMob banner ads, interstitial ads after eligible level completions, and rewarded ads when you choose to obtain hint credits. Ads are subject to applicable consent choices and iOS privacy settings. The current version does not offer an in-app purchase.
5. Third-party services
Apple provides App Store distribution, system rating prompts and device services. Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may provide advertising and consent services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Ownership and acceptable use
The app, software, artwork, sounds, brand and included content belong to us or our licensors. You must not interfere with the app, introduce harmful code, automate it without permission, remove notices, or misuse advertising.
7. Disclaimers, changes and contact
To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of local data. We may update these Terms for product, legal or operational reasons and will update this date when required. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Support information is available on this site.
